A little late is better than…
Hello Year of Horse!
Its been a whirlwind of activity since we launched Travel+, but with the holidays and Lunar new year, it sbeen difficult to get the site updated over the last 2 months. Fred had a vacation in the Philippines, David was in Thailand, then drove 2400km from Hanoi to Saigon by motorbike, and Tung has been busy with his own projects, as well as being busy editing photos from his own massive motorbike trip through vietnam: 5000km over 3 months!
We have signed on some huge clients recently, I am happy to say. Perhaps biggest of all is officially working with Destination Asia shooting their corporate MICE tours.
Talks continue with Indochina Travels, Hoi An Motorbike Tours, Vietnam Motorbike Tours and Diethelm Travel Group, as well as others.
In January David worked exclusively with Brown and Hudson in developing a tour for renowned journalist Jane Dickson on her recent visit to Vietnam. He was, of course, on hand to shoot the entire day, which included private tours of Thanh Chuong’s Art Palace outside Hanoi and an intimate walk through Suzanne Lecht’s lovely Art Vietnam Gallery.
Our biggest challenge is marketing this new service – this new idea in the region. But all of us are confident that what we offer is both unique and highly sought after. Very few can deliver the kinds of images that Travel+’s photographers are capable of. It sounds cliche, but the sky’s the limit for us.
Thanks for the continued support everyone.
